Delivery

We offer free standard international shipping to eligible destinations. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery normally takes 5 to 7 business days after dispatch.

Where we ship

Available destinations are shown at checkout. If your country or address cannot be selected at checkout, we do not currently ship there. Depending on the destination, duties or import taxes may be due on arrival; these are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Tracking

You will receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking link as soon as it ships. You can also check your order status from your account page.

If something is late

Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and busy periods or customs checks can add a few days. If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, message us through the contact page with your order number and we will chase it for you. We reply within one business day.
